Xander Harris, the Magical Being
Jan. 14th, 2012 09:15 pmJust so you know, this isn't a story, but a discussion of a fictional character. Xander Harris is a very malleable character. You can pretty much do whatever you want with him, and you’ll have some justification from canon. It may be pretty thin justification, but it’s probably there. If you squint, and look sideways.

A comment to a friend while IM'ing...
I just realised something. JKR really separated Gryffindor out in the shield images. If you look at them, Gryffindor has a bright (gold) animal in a shield with a gold edge. All the rest are dark animals (black raven, black and white badger, and dark green snake) in shields with black edges. hmm....
If you go down the page you'll see all four shields together. The closest is the Hufflepuff shield with its cheery yellow background. Ravenclaws, though, are too smart and Slytherins too sneaky, and are eeeevil.
Starting to think I should change my profile to 'Actually does write fanfic now and then...'
