misseWell, I haven't posted much at all this year. Two fests for ![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
severus_sighs and an ongoing thing for fan_flashworks is pretty much all I've posted, yet I've written over 35,000 words. Since I'm working towards 250,000 words for getyourwordsout, this is helpful ;) Anyway, I thought I'd do an update of my writing.
Get Your Words Out
Well, as I said above, I have a goal of 250,000 words for the year. To date, I've written 39,713 words, about 15% of my goal, and I'm closer to 20% of the way through the year.
Five Times Baby Bang - Five Jobs for Five Scoobies
I anticipate about 7,000 words for this. It won't be a standard 'Five Times' story, but that's okay; it will still fit into the requirements of the fest. Due at the end of April.
Time Travel Big Bang - Second Verse, Same as the First (Sequel to Well, That Went Well)
A barely-started WIP, that I have to add 10,000 words to. Due mid-May.
Crossover Big Bang - Champion of the Gods
A Buffy/SG1/Greek mythology crossover. I'm counting Greek mythology as a crossover as the gods actually make an appearance, rather than are just referred to in the usual context for Buffy. Due end of May.
Five Times Big Bang
I haven't even started on this. I have a couple of ideas, but that's it. Due early July.
Sci Fi/Fantasy Big Bang - Restart
Another barely-started WIP. Actually, I may have to rework what I've done, so I'm not going to do the update on this one. Due end of July.
Alternate Universes Big Bang - Xander and Cordy in the Wizarding World
This is just a working title. Someone mentioned something in passing, and I started to think about it. This AU is a result. Due early August.
So that's what I'm doing so far. Bits and pieces will come out, but in between I'm working on my big bangs.
