My friend Jane got me to sign up to Severus *sighs*, which requires taking [ominous music] The Test! Well, I tested as a Ravenclaw, with Hufflepuff tendencies. To quote (someone): I'm a Ravenclaw!

This sounds like a hoot....

The Canadian Shack 2011 Collection. Back in 2001, cesperanza hosted a Canadian Shack fest ... thing ... and now it's time for an anniversay. Anyway, the gist of it is, write 500-odd words in any fandom or crossover, where they're stuck in (you guessed it) a Canadian Shack.

Edit: They were looking for fandoms that started after the original Canadian Shack thing. ( Here's a quick list. )

Obviously I have too much time on my hands, and should be writing...

A comment to a friend while IM'ing...

I just realised something. JKR really separated Gryffindor out in the shield images. If you look at them, Gryffindor has a bright (gold) animal in a shield with a gold edge. All the rest are dark animals (black raven, black and white badger, and dark green snake) in shields with black edges. hmm....

If you go down the page you'll see all four shields together. The closest is the Hufflepuff shield with its cheery yellow background. Ravenclaws, though, are too smart and Slytherins too sneaky, and are eeeevil.

Starting to think I should change my profile to 'Actually does write fanfic now and then...'
